Accompanied by Roberto Rubino, one of the greatest experts on the art of dairy farming, you will discover that the yellow of cheeses is a synonym of high quality. To have good milk, the animals must feed free-range on different types of forage, which determine the color of the cheese. A unique tasting of Italian cheeses, from Caciocavallo Podolico to the Piacentinu, which are national specialties that are lesser known, and all rigorously yellow. A selection of Sicilian wines from Planeta will complement the cheeses.
