The year that Great Britain is the host country of Cheese, an appointment dedicated to the cuisine across the English Channel which was recently revealed to be one of the most open to innovations with its legion of talented and ambitious young chefs. In the kitchen, Jeremy Lee, chef of Quo Vadis, the restaurant in the Soho neighborhood in London and student, in the more than 30 years of his career, of chefs like Simon Hopkinson and Alastair Little. His is a cuisine with a strong regional British signature, made with high quality ingredients from small, local producers that often end up becoming friends. For this occasion the dishes served by Jeremy will be paired with wines from the Paolo Saracco cantina of Castiglione Tinella (CN).
