Built by Carlo Alberto of Savoy in the 1830s, the historic Albergo dell'Agenzia di Pollenzo will welcome three osterias from the Slow Food Chefs' Alliance project: Locanda delle Tre Chiavi from Trentino, Amerigo dal 1934 from Emilia Romagna, and Dispensa Pane e Vini from Lombardy, all regularly awarded the coveted snail symbol in the Slow Food osteria guide. The dinner menu will feature typical dishes from their areas of origin, including cheese recipes revisited and perfected by the respective chefs. The Albergo dell'Agenzia will lay on a lavish buffet of Slow Food Presidium food products to get the evening underway, and the dinner itself will be accompanied throughout by sparkling wines from Franciacorta.
