Meeting between breeders in the Slow Food network.
How can we evaluate the conditions of a farm? What are the useful indicators to understand the animals, and what are the experiences of the Slow Food network? We’ll discuss these questions at a meeting with a number of breeders, veterinarians and technicians from EFSA.
