What would the landscape be without flocks of sheep? What would the dairy world be without sheep's milk cheeses? Sheep farming is in crisis, and not just in Italy. The number of animals is falling, fewer herders milk their sheep, the wool of non-specialized breeds goes to waste and lamb consumption is also going down. What can we do about this slow, tragic decline? We'll be discussing the problem with professionals from the sector while sampling some excellent examples of sheep's milk cheeses. Includes a tasting.
