Migrants make an important contribution to Italy's dairy industry, as they are often familiar with jobs that require specialization, like caring for animals, managing the cowsheds and milking. In mountain dairies, where it can be hard to find workers because of the difficult conditions, their presence makes it possible to keep alive traditions that would otherwise disappear. We'll hear directly from them about their stories, experiences and challenges.
