Good pasture produces good milk and good honey. This workshop will show you the plant biodiversity that lies behind these products and the bond between bees, pastures, shepherds and cheese. Here you'll taste Canestrato di Castel del Monte with savory honey from L'Aquila, Macagn with rhododendron honey from the Piedmontese mountains, and Bitto Storico with high-altitude millefiori honey. Plus, from the pastures of Sicily, Provola delle Madonie with Sicilian black bee huang-qi honey.
