A chance to discover two Irish products that are currently enjoying a revival: whiskey and raw milk cheese. After risking extinction, Irish whiskey is experiencing a new period of glory: exports are soaring and new producers are appearing with plans for new micro-distilleries that will restore the spirit to its nineteenth-century splendor. In this workshop you'll taste four Irish cheeses selected by the Sheridan brothers, Seamus Sheridan, founders of Sheridans Cheesemongers, along with four whiskeys, from blended to single malt to Irish pot still.
