A tasting dedicated to the border areas of Northeast Italy, Austria and Slovenia with a comparison of virtuous cheeses that promote the mountain economy and help avoid the depopulation of the Alps. Up for tasting, Formadi Frant from Friuli Venezia Giulia, Graukase from the Valle Aurina in Trentino Alto Adige and Morlacco del Grappa di malga from Veneto, all protected by Slow Food Presidia. The cheese will be accompanied by tolminc from the Soca-Isonzo Valley in Slovenia, a product on the Ark of Taste, and Bergkäsedi vorarlberg from Hermann Berchtold in Austria. Pairing with a selection of beers offered by Radeberger Group.
