They're young and they've decided to live in harmony with nature. They love and care for their animals, whose milk they use to make top-quality cheese. Dairy work is hard and it keeps you busy all day long, but these youngsters, equipped with all the knowledge and savoir faire typical of the 30-year-olds of today, maintain a positive approach, even when the going gets tough. Ruben Lazzoni of Le Chevre Hereuse, a farm at an altitude of 1,350 in meters in Saint-Marcel (Aosta), and Agitu Ideo Gudeta, a young woman from Ethiopia who breeds Pezzata Mochena goats, a breed on the verge of extinction, in Trentino, provide two of the four stories you'll hear about at this workshop.
