Straight, concave or with holes, the many forms of pasta from pasta-maker Gragnano IGP will be united with different forms of milk products – those that are delicate, intense, creamy or stringy – to bring together the whole spectrum of Italian gastronomy and present a depiction that recounts regional variations. Beginning with the historical Roman recipe, “Cacio e Pepe” (cheese and black pepper), we will discover the best pairings of pasta and cheese. This is thanks to the precious insight of pasta maker Pastificio Di Martino and Italian starred chefs who, through their experiences and food culture, will contribute to designing a perfect dish. Pairing with a selection of beers offered by Radeberger Group.
