Though Campania is the cheese's spiritual home, more and more farmers and cheesemakers in other Italian regions—like Piedmont, Lombardy, Lazio and Sicily—are producing excellent buffalo-milk mozzarella, with a focus on quality and sustainability. You'll taste five masterful mozzarellas and hear the stories of virtuous producers, while sampling wines and artisanal beers from the cheeses' regions of origin.
