You'll try tomas whose scents reflect the local biodiversity of flora, fascinating pressed-curd goat's cheeses from a small dairy near Aosta which ages its cheeses in Pila, and low-fat yogurt produced at the foot of Mont Blanc. To conclude, a comparison between a mountain Fontina aged for two months and one made in 2014.
