Comté is a raw-milk cow's cheese from northeast France whose flavors and fragrances change depending on the season (summer or winter) the production place (the location of the cooperative dairies called fruitières) and the aging time. In this workshop, you'll taste different Comtés, along with surprising and effervescent beverage pairings: a cider from Normandy, an artisanal beer from Franche-Comté and three Champagnes from Maison Steinbruck.
