We'll be saying goodbye until the next edition of Cheese with an unmissable event, a paean to the joys of convivality, both entertaining and educational. Hervé Mons, France's best affineur, will be preparing a special fondue, made with a blend of carefully selected cheeses of the highest quality and different ages. The fondue will be served with artisanal breads and seasonal Slow Food Presidia vegetables, and will be preceded by a tasting of the cheeses used in the blend, all paired with white wines from wineries awarded a snail in the Slow Wine guide.
